What it costs

One price for finding out, one for setting up, one every month. No tiers. No surprises.

The three prices

  • $750fixed

    Finding where your numbers live.

We look at what you use (your sales, your books, your orders, your ads, your spreadsheets, your website, and whatever else runs the business). Then we write you a one-page audit report. It says what connects already, what we'd need to build, and what the whole thing would cost. If you stop here, you keep the report. If you continue, the $750 comes off the setup.

  • First three clients: $2,500

    $3,500once

    Setup.

We connect everything, agree the definitions with you, and build your business scoreboard. Most setups take two to three weeks.

  • $850a month

    Every month.

Your scoreboard answers your questions every morning, and you can ask it a new one any time. The connections keep working. If one breaks, or a number looks wrong, we fix it within 48 hours. In the first week of each month, you get a short note from us in plain English on what last month's numbers said.

Plus the two tools your scoreboard runs on, paid to them directly: Tractorscope ($49 a month) and DuckHouse (usually $10 to $25 a month; you pay for what runs). We set both up for you, and your audit report states your exact figure. So a typical business pays about $915 a month all in, after setup.

Setup is $2,500 for the first three businesses we work with, in exchange for a short case study here and a fifteen-minute call with us each week for the first month. Same monthly price as everyone.

What we don't do

We don't change anything in your sales, your books, your orders, your ads, your spreadsheets, your website, or whatever else runs the business. We read them. We don't do your bookkeeping, payroll or taxes; if the books need fixing, the audit will say so. And you keep paying for the tools you already use.

Questions people ask before they sign up

Do I have to learn a new tool?

No. Your scoreboard has your questions and their answers, and a box where you can ask a new one. If you'd rather, you can read the monthly note and never open it.

What if my numbers are a mess?

Then the audit will say so, and what it would take to fix. That's worth knowing either way.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. Your DuckHouse account and everything in it is yours and stays yours. Your scoreboard keeps working as long as you keep paying Tractorscope for it. We just stop being the people who look after it.

Who sees my numbers?

The two of us. Nobody else.

What if you're away?

Your scoreboard keeps answering. The 48-hour fix promise is covered by Wes.

Why is setup more than the monthly?

Because that's where the work is. Connecting your systems and agreeing what every number means takes two to three weeks of ours. After that, keeping it right is a few hours a month, and you pay for a few hours a month.

Is this bookkeeping?

No. Your bookkeeper keeps the books. We read them, along with your sales, your orders and everything else, and turn them into answers. Most of what you'll ask isn't an accounting question.

Which of these can't you answer today?

Tick any you can't answer. We'll write back and tell you two things. Where each answer is in what you already use. And what it takes to get it. It's free.
